Our Services

1.    Counseling and Pastoral care:

Counseling is undertaken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. On phone and in the electronic media. But for those who want to have a one-on-one consultation with the Pastor, we have set aside the 6pm-7pm window on Tuesdays and on Sundays after Church Service.

2 .In depth Bible study:  Biblical Survey 7pm-9pm (Tuesdays):

Jesus declares in John 8:32 that ‘You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free’
We believe that the truth one knows and applies is that which will set one free. Knowledge alone of the truth will equip the Christian, but the application of that truth is what brings the Christian to the realm of liberty.
Apostle Paul expatiated on this when he advised Timothy, ‘Take heed unto the doctrine, and unto thyself’ (1 Tim 4:16).  To this extent, we teach not only sound biblical doctrines, we also teach application.

3. Healing Service:  7pm-9pm (Alternate Tuesdays):

Not only do we believe in, and teach supernatural healing, the Holy Spirit empowers us to function in that realm. Jesus is still in the business of healing, supernaturally.

Heb 13:8 tells us that Jesus Christ is ‘the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”  Jesus the Great physician gave us this earthly healing assignment and we stand upon the anointing and declare to you that it is God’s will for you to be healed. You do not bring glory to God by walking around sick.

Take the first step of faith in your healing, and CALL US NOW!

4.    Celebration Service : 10:30am -12:30pm ( Sundays )

Every Sunday, for two exciting, electrifying hours in the presence of the Most High, we celebrate the Lord Jesus Christ, the Centre of the universe, in whom all things in the universe hold together( Col 1:16-17). We celebrate His miraculous birth, His life and ministry, His death and resurrection and His gift, to us, of the Holy Spirit.

5.     Feast of Thanks : 10:30am – 1pm  (First Sunday of the Month)

This is an injunction from the Lord that we appear before his court once a month, with praise and thanksgiving. Every day is praise before the Lord, but on the Feast of Thanks he commands us to appear before him (not empty handed) but with the best of our substance. Israel received similar injunction in Exodus 23:14-19.

Even from the first act of obedience, the Lord has been faithful.

6.     Tarry Night: 10pm-12 midnight    (Last Friday of the month)

Once a month we observe a power-packed vigil to do battle with the forces of Satan. Just once a month.

In this Ministry, we do not give undue prominence to Satan and his works. In his entire Ministry, Apostle Paul never bothered about the activities of the enemy. He concentrated on the Gospel and the works of righteousness and allowed God to take care of the rest. Even though David enjoyed good relationship with God, he lived his entire life in anxiety about his enemies. The entire Davidic Psalms are replete with his concerns about the foes from the external.

At lighthouse we are guided by, and tilt towards, the undisturbed calm of Paul.

7.      Breakfast with Christ: 10am ( Last Sunday of Every Quarter)

Jesus Christ promised the disciples the Holy Spirit of power in John 14:16. In LK 24:49, Jesus reiterated His promise shortly after His resurrection.

‘I am going to send you what my Father has promised, but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on High’

A couple of days to Pentecost when the power would come on them, we see seven of the apostles (John 21) failing in their apostolic duties and pursuing a secular vocation. In the intervening period between the promise and the coming of the Holy Spirit, they had seen intense persecution. They were now disillusioned, disenchanted, depressed and disorientated. They just couldn’t go further, what they needed was an infusion of new energy and stamina to act as a bridge.

Christ provided the bridge- a breakfast in His presence (John 21:12). They ate and went in the strength of that food till the fullness of the power came at Pentecost.

Elijah had a similar breakfast before the ‘Angel of the Lord’ (Pre- Incarnate Jesus) in 1 Kings 19:3-9 after an intense persecution from Jezebel. He had begged to die after he became depressed, disillusioned and totally fatigued. He ate and went in the strength of that meal (an infusion of fresh energy and zeal from God) for another 80 days (40 days to Horeb and another 40 days back north of Syria.)

Sometimes in this Christian walk, we need an infusion of stamina when we feel persecuted, depressed and discouraged.

You might wonder that now that believers carry the Holy Spirit, do we still need a bridging energy?
For answers to this and many more, we invite you to join us on Tuesdays to discover more of God’s Word.
